EHS Services was founded by Dr. Priyank Arya as a proprietorship under the guidance and support of a group of professionals who previously served industries in their capacities.[cite: 2]
All of them came forward under the banner of EHS Services and acknowledged the leadership of Dr Arya. Today a total of 14 members are in full-time roles and 06 members are in advisor roles which are working for EHS Services.[cite: 2]

Dr. Apoorva Saxena
Apoorva Saxena has wide experience in PWM EPR Compliances, Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), Environment Clearance, TOR Preparation, EB, Socioeconomic and Environment Report, PWM Rule, QPR & EPR Compliances, Mineral Testing, Stack Emission Monitoring, Microbiological Instrumentation, Chemical Instrumentation and Lab experience on Environmental Consequences.[cite: 2]
She was honored with the ‘Revival of Rivers of Uttarakhand’ Award with special reference to river Ganga in the year 2019 by Uttarakhand Science Education & Research Centre (USERC) and actively worked on Biodiversity Conservation and Ganga Rejuvenation by NMCG, Government of India.[cite: 2]
Mr. Anshu Nagarch
Anshu has worked in the Indian Navy for 15 years. During his tenure with the Indian Navy, he was majorly involved with the handling of aircraft and other associated Operational, Environmental, Fire, Emergency Response, Health & Safety aspects. His expertise lies in managing large-scale multi-stakeholder consultation and infrastructure improvement projects with involvement from concept development to project implementation. Within a short span of his professional career, he has provided strategic environmental, social, health, and safety support to several MNC Clients while delivering projects in association with various PMCs.[cite: 2]
Mr. Pushpendra Nagarch
Pushpendra has served in the Indian Air Force for 20 years. During his tenure with the Indian Air Force, he worked at Air Traffic Control tower handling of aircraft and other associated Operational, Environmental, Fire, Emergency Response, Health & Safety aspects. He has also worked with Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (ND) in terms of Aerospace & Industrial Safety aspect.[cite: 2]

Ms. Rashmi Dhasmana
Ms. Rashmi has an M.Sc. in Resource Management & Design Application. She served as an Assistant professor at Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. Presently, working as a senior research fellow (SRF) researching the area of the role of urban local bodies in plastic waste management. She has been serving the role of project manager with the Waste Management and recycling society(WMARS) and conducting programs on plastic waste management in various schools of Delhi-NCR. She has wide experience in the preparation of SOPs under the PWM Rules, Preparation of Capacity building programs on PWM rules, and has been handling EPR compliances of Various PIBOs.[cite: 2]

Ms. Khevna is a Mplan in Urban planning and worked as a faculty of environment. Her experience in Environment & Climate Resilient City/Town Planning, Preparing master plans, Reporting, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environment Clearance, and BRSR Reporting.[cite: 2]

Dr. S. K. Nigam
Dr. Nigam has rich experience of 35+ years as an Expert in the field of Solid & Plastics Waste Management Acts & Rules. Played a vital role as an expert member of the working group for framing the new PWM Rule, 2016. Still, he is advising Central/State Governments/PIBOs on different PWM Rule issues. During his tenure, he dealt with several NGT cases in respect of PWM & SWM. He was nominated as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) as RTI for replying to matters on PWM Rule compliances. Deputed as a WHO Fellow in the Netherlands and a British High Commission Fellow in Scotland. Dr Nigam prepared Documentary Films (in association with Doordarshan) on the Best SOLID & Plastics Waste Management facilities in INDIA and filed several affidavits on behalf of CPCB in Hon'ble Supreme and other Courts related to PWM.[cite: 2]

Dr. Janardhan Anna Gore
Dr. Gore having +43 years of exp. in R&D, Distillery, Liquor Bottling Industry, Alcohol-based chemical and Pharmaceutical related industry, Sugar Industry, and animal Nutrition- feed and feed additive products. He is an expert in Business Diversification and growth, Technical Centre control along R&D. He did research in the field of Microbiology of bio-methanation plants, Bio-composting, Microbiology of Water, food Microbiology and published 10 scientific research papers in national and international journals. He also worked on the Animal Nutrition product formulation, field trials, production, and product launch. He was a member of the brand development team for UDV India Limited. Dr. Gore is an expert in managing Ethyl Alcohol production (Molasses & Grain based), managing the quality of spirit, malt spirit (Whiskey), and Lactic Acid & Phenyl Acetyl Carbinol by Microbial fermentation.[cite: 2]
